The newest addition to the Kismet and Adonis Family is Miss Jersey girl. When Kim Eastwood spoke with Cindy about this beautiful puppy being available - Cindy called me and we jumped at the chance to have this girl join our family! She arrived here just a few days later and has filled our lives with laughter ever since! She keeps her brother Butler firmly in line - and balances out him being such a Daddy’s boy...now Mom Jen has a girl of her own!
Jersey’s first weekend out at just a few days over 6 months she picked up 2 points to her Championship on the Sunday of the Red Deer and District dog show. It took her a few days to figure out not to Bait surf the floor! She and Erin had a ton of fun - and can’t wait for it to continue!
June 12, 2009 - It is with such a heavy heart that I share that our dear sweet Jersey girl left us today. She was our wild child and always the life of every event - and truly made it a party. She was a Momma’s girl and I think her Mom Jen said it best when she said her heart was just too big for this world. She greeted everyone and everything with a wagging tail and a happy face - a trait that we could all learn from. She was always a sweet girl, with a real sense of humor and she was so beautiful too. Each day is a little sadder without her in it - and she is so missed by Jen and Cory and her “brother” Butler...and of course by both of her Grandma’s. You were with us such a short time - but what an impact you made on all of our hearts!
Rest in Peace our Jersey Girl we will forever miss your happy face. |
